The Novel
So it didn't take too many people asking me today "So who's the guy?" for it to become abundantly clear that, whereas my pictures may be gratifyingly attention-catching, what I have to say about them is not. I even had one friend tell me that she didn't have time to read my "novel" so she just skimmed. *sigh*
It's actually not the first time I've been accused of writing too much. It's just like my talking... I just go on, and on, and on, and on... *grin*
Overhaul
Soooo... ever one to attempt to solve a problem, I've decided to adjust my posting style: breaking down the posts into more easily digestible sections. I'm also almost done overhauling the posts I've already made. Which I realize now is quite a lot, now that I'm going back to edit every one. More of that "writing too much" bidness, I suppose. But, hey... this blog is now almost one month old. I should think of something special for the anniversary.
Mother Nature Across the Country
Amway, there's really not much to tell about today. My Georgia friend reports one good deluge from Jeanne yesterday, and then all seemed to be okay. Now my North Carolina and DC friends are doing their best to keep from floating away. At least there doesn't seem to be any more weather disasters comin in from the Atlantic in the immediate forecast.
However, I'll have to see if any of my Cali friends felt the 6.0 Earthquake in San Jose today.
P.S. For anybody who still wants to know Who's the Guy, skim down to the blue section of Sunday's Post entitled: "My Kidnappees". *grin*
